What if I need a different size of the jewel?

All women's rings in the store are available in size 7 only. Other sizes are available on special order. We would be happy to prepare it especially for you. After purchasing the ring, email us your size. We will not resize the ring, rather create it to fit your custom size. It will take 14 days more than our regular shipping time, to produce the new ring. The same applies to all other items in the store.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Wherever you are, your order is most welcome.

How long does shipping from Canada take?

Shipping to Europe usually takes 10-14 business days. Shipping to the U.S sometimes takes a little less.

What about packaging?

We do everything we can to make sure our jewelry arrives safely at their destinations. The items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a padded cardboard box and shipped to you.

Which postal service do you use?

We ship through Canada Post registered mail.

How can I track my package?

Please contact us if you need your tracking number. Once you have it you will be able to follow your package.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes. We love making our jewelry and we want you to be happy with them. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can try to work out the problem. If the problem is unsolvable, you can return the jewel within 7 days and receive a full refund, minus all shipping costs. (If you decide to return a part of a set, you can do It. the price, than, will be calculated per item. you will get the refund for the item that was sent back)

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only - no exceptions.
It is easy to use, and you can use it to pay with all major credit cards.
